Susanna Pozzoli is an Italian photographer and author. She alternates between personal projects and commissions mainly devoted to craftsmanship. Her personal research combines photography with texts, sounds and videos.

She has participated in several international residencies, notably in South Korea, China and New York. Her work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions, presented in museums and galleries and published in six monographic volumes and several catalogues. In 2019, she is one of the finalists in VAF Stiftung prize and exhibits at MART, Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rovereto (Italy). In 2021, the project exhibited in this occasion is completed and published by Manfredi Edizioni (Imola, Italy) under the title “Un'estate con Meret Oppenheim” (A summer with Meret Oppenheim), first book of the new VAF Stiftung editorial series. In 2021, Marsilio Editori published “Venetian Way”, a book composed of photographs and texts by Susanna Pozzoli, resulting from her major exhibition at the Giorgio Cini Foundation in Venice created for Homo Faber 2018.

She produces numerous reports on craftsmanship, photographing artisans throughout Europe. Since 2010, she has been collaborating with the Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte, Milan. Since its creation in 2016, Pozzoli has been collaborating with the inernational Michelangelo Foundation for creativity and craftsmanship, based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Her clients include: INMA France, Cartier (high jewelry Paris), BNP Paribas, Paris and outstanding craftsmen. Magazines: Mestieri d'Arte & Design, THE DUCKER - Lifestyle Magazine, Elle Déco, Italy
